California Governor Brown: Fox News Exploits Crime Issue As a leaves an appearance at the National Press Club, California Governor Jerry Brown is confronted by a Fox News reporter and asked what he would say to families of victims of crimes committed by undocumented immigrants. He says, "I think Fox News exploits this issue. We have criminals who do horrible things all the time...I want to protect people, and for you to say that we don't care about victims is really uncomely.
